Hi,

I am British and have a Non O Guardian Visa based on supporting my Thai daughter.

I got my visa from the Thai consulate in London.

I haven't done my first 12 month extension yet as I am waiting for some additional supporting documentation.

I have done one 60 day extension which runs out the back end of this week.

Are there any issues with me doing another 60 day extension tomorrow i.e. is there a limit as to how many 60 day extensions I can do?

Thanks.

Yes there is a limit. You can only extend by 60 days once per entry. They should give you a 30 day extension, but you'll need a letter from the British embassy.

Oh <deleted>!

1) What does the letter from the British Embassy need to say?

2) Will I be able to get an appointment at the British Embassy tomorrow or Thursday or is there a waiting list?

3) Will my Thai daughter have to accompany me at Chaeng Wattana as she would do if it was a 60 day extension?

Thanks.
