90 days reporting while not in my registered location

Featured Replies

I am traveling in Thailand and I did plan to come back to my registered location in Chiang mai by next monday.

I understand that there will be a travel ban within Thailand and i would be stuck in Pattaya untill further notice.

My due date for the next 90 day reporting is 11 april.

Can i do my 90 days reporting in Pattaya or online although i am registered to live in Chieng Mai?

I did let te hotel in Pattaya do a TM30 reporting.

Thanks

Do the report online, no problem.

The purpose of the 90 day report is to let them know where you are.

So if you are in Pattaya you have to do it there.

To do a 90 day report it must be done at your registered place of stay provincial IO. This needs either reporting a change of address with a TM30 first if doing it whilst travelling at a new IO or SIMPLER to just go online and do it. If online doesn't work send it by registered post to you IO of the place of registered stay.

Reporting online is a problem if you have gotten a new passport.

The system doesn't recognize the new passport number when you log in.

I don't know why if you reported every 90 days before at your immigration office at the time of the reporting date. They have a copy of your new passport number.  They do not update there data base especially if you have transfer your Visa from the old passport to the new passport.

You still have time to it by mail to Chiang Mai immigration if you are unable to do it online here.

Just be sure you put your address in CM on the return envelope for the mailed in report.
