Thanks for advice.  As per title, is the extension TM7 process itself consider to be the 90 day report and reset the clock, or is a separate 90 day report TM47 required in addition to the extension TM7.  Can they be done at the same time?  For example if the 12 month extension is done on Day 61 of 90, could the 90 day report be done if required, or do you have to wait until 2 weeks before the Day 90 of the original visa?

Only the first extension of stay application counts as a 90 day report. Your first 90 day report is due 90 days from the day you apply.

After getting the first extension the 90 day report due date does not change. You have to do the report on the day it is due.
