Nowhere in the SCMP article does it say that the virus oiginated in USA.

What I have learned in the last 24 hours:         (1) Three different strains on three different continents. (2) The virus can replicate up to 10 times faster than Sars. (3) It can attack T-cells in a similar way to HIV.

Don't scare people with half the information. Totally different than HIV. HIV attacks the T-cells but doesn't kill them. It uses them to hide and replicate further.  This mechanism they have found in Covid-19 simply kills the T-cell outright. Very different things.

My intentions are definetly not to scare people. I'm trying to educate, with up-to-date information/links. As you state yourself, both these viruses attack T-cells. The story is front page of SCMP. https://www.scmp.com/ but sadly not, that i'm aware of, in the Thai press.

Also, looking at the Saudi numbers right now, its just starting to really take off there, and the weather there is mid thirties right now and will be in the forties next month.
