90 Days Reporting by mail.

Featured Replies

Just sent in my 90 Days reporting by registered post last week.

Self-addressed envelope with 10 Baht stamp attached.

My question is this.

How long will they take to reply ? It was sent on last Monday.

If no reply, what should I do next ?

Your kind advice is much appreciated.

Thanking you all in advance.

You do not have to do anything for 30 days from your report date. The instructions on the immigration website states to check with them  after 30 days.

Ninety day reporting was suspended on April 7th so you did not need to do it at all.

About the only service that works 100%. I did find it disheartening when talking to friendly Imo Folk that they though it pointless for us to do it after being settled here for Years, and in some cases had bad accidents on the way to the office miles from where they lived.

Mailed my 90 day report to CW on 17 April 2020 and got it back 25 April 2020

I’ve been mailing mine in for years usually you’ll get it back within 5 to 7 days if you save the receipt that you mailed it and if you have a problem you can always show them the email did on time I’ve never had a problem mailing it TIT

You don't have to do the 90 days reports until further notice.

Several offices might not do the 90 days reports because they are suspended until further notice. So why do it?

If my own experience is anything to go by, they will still issue you the regular stamped 90 day form and expect to wait 10 to 14 days but, as others have said, it's not legally necessary atm.

i understand 90 day is not now required until 31 July 2020 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regarding waiting 30 days before following up on a 90-day report mailed in, it says...

Waiting for reply mail over 1 month, please contact Immigration Office with your registered mail receipt.

here: https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=1666

Is that one month from the 15 days before the actual report date? Or one month from the actual report date.

Your registered mail must be sent to the Immigration office at least 15 days before the due date of notification.

"Contact" means what exactly? phone, email, post, in person?

The day your report was due.
