Land Tax

Does anyone know the rate of tax payable on 150 talang wah of land 

in the Soi 112 area of Huahin.

This is land that my Thai wife owns,

and has a Chanote.

I built my house on this land , several years ago, after my wife leased it to me.

I,m  not sure if this tax has passed into law yet, but I think it is about 

to be implemented soon.

Any updates will be appreciated.
