It was being discouraged and if you did....some other rigmarole had to be done, not sure what that was or is. So how can we be taking domestic flights and returning? connda Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 The CM governor dictated that all foreigners crossing the CM provincial line were to self-quarantine for 14 days regardless of where they are coming from. I had to have my Thai son who lives in CM bring me medications that I can't obtain in Lamphun. All because of race-based policies. So like you, I'd like to know when the hell these people plan to reopen the border to expats like ourselves so we can at least see our doctors who practice in Chiang Mai.
