Deputy Bangkok governor Sakoltee Phattiyakul visited BTS stations from Kasetsart University to Wat Phra Si Mahathat on the Sukhumvit Line (Green Line) to see if they are ready to serve commuters from June onwards.

The Green Line is being extended from Mo Chit to Khukhot.

What on earth are they checking? During a busy day there are hordes of people which is impossible to implement social distancing.

In my opinion they should have more trains to make the flow of passengers quicker thus reducing the risk of the virus spread.

With all their super duper smart moves they create more opportunities for the virus to spread such as agglomeration and queues.

Lo! Ask an adult to explain the article to you. Clue - it's about the readiness of new stations to open next month. Not about Covid 19 per se.
