No one can tell you if you will have any problems, since that's a judgment call of the officer you are standing in front of. Based on the fact that you never stay for long periods of time, and never get an extension, you are probably okay to continue using visa exempt. I would keep an eye on the news when visa exempt is reverted back to 30 days. They may finally codify some limits on entries, or days allowed in Thailand as a tourist. If they do, they you will have a firm answer. As it stands right now, they care more about how much time you spend in Thailand than they care about how many times you enter Thailand. In general, you will get a verbal warning before they take any actions (not always the case though). In general I would just make sure to always carry the 3 entry requirements for a tourist so that they don't have any easy way to deny you entry if they are in a bad mood. 1) Proof of funds (20,000 baht or equivalent in another major currency IN CASH) 2) Proof of onward travel (a ticket out of Thailand within the number of days you will be stamped in for on arrival) 3) Proof of lodging (a reservation for at least the first few days in Thailand With those 3 things, they will probably give you a warning rather than just outright deny you entry, and that will be your clue to start looking into visas. Visas that you could utilize would be the 90-day non-O visa, and then get a re-entry permit if you want to do any travel in the region within those 90 days. A DTV that will give you 180 days per entry. A tourist visa that will give you 60 days on entry and can be extended for 30 days. A non-OA visa that will give you a 1-year entry stamp, but has mandatory insurance requirements and quite a bit of paperwork to receive.
