Anybody knows a competent electrician in bangkok? Need to install bulbs , replace lights and some stuff with circuit breaker box. Please do recommend if you know any around!

Finding an electrician is easy, an competent one is harder.

 

Perhaps one of the TVF sparks can help you (hint) :whistling:

 

Also Bangkok is very big, it would be easier if you narrow your area.

Suggest you ask your neighbors who they trust and use for such projects.

 

If you don't get any useful suggestions from your ThaiVisa post here I might suggest visiting MEA/PEA and see if they have any line installers that moonlight (many do).
