Bangkok Post website's headline today;

Cheating in exams would be encouraged then? :o Finally, something that Thailand can really, truly, be a "hub" of.... Priceless.

From article :- "..200 experts from law enforcement agencies, multinational organisations and the private sector" Well we know where'll be busy tonight then, don't we boys & girls :o

Regards

PS Also .." Austria, then holding the presidency of the European Union, agreed to provide a site for the world's first international anti-corruption academy."

"..remains to be seen which governments will be willing to make contributions to the 15 million euros needed to finance the school's operational expenses during the first three years.."

In other words the curse of the Bangkok Headline writer strikes again.

No contradiction as I see it. Thailand trains the poachers, Austria trains the gamekeepers. :o A sort of symbiotic relationship.
