US embassy not doing notaries, alternatives?

I saw recently that the US embassy here in Thailand is only handling emergency services and notarizing documents is not part of that service.  Where can I get a document notarized that would be the equivalent of the US embassy?

 

Ive tried doing virtual notarizations however the BOI is not accepting them.

 

Are there any other alternatives here that both offer the same services as the US embassy notary and that the BOI would trust?
