I understand a health declaration form is required before departing BKK to YVR transitioning through Hong Kong in July.

I downloaded the AOT app but cannot find this departure declaration form only the arrival form.

Can anyone provide a link for this departure health declaration form?

Thailand does not require a health form or other documentation for you to leave.

 

You need to check and comply with your transit and destination countries as you may be asked for and be required to show documents upon check in.

Cathy Pacific website appears to state declaration form is required as per below...

Flights from Thailand to Hong Kong will continue to run as scheduled. To board, passengers must meet Hong Kong entry or transit requirements.

What Cathay Pacific are saying is that you need to comply with the entry requirements for Hong Kong.
