my house is owned by my company. i want to own it personally so i can close the co. at some future time.

how do i transfer ownership of the house from my company to me and what taxes are involved?

and by the way, what document, if any, defines who owns a house? how can you find out who legally owns a house? (note, i am NOT talking about land so please don't start talking about chanohts and nor sor 3")

Who or what will own the land?

If the company still owns the land, then the same situation exists with a "farang" company owning property--the land.

Or did I miss something here?

my wife owns the land, i have a usufruct.
