I understand that US citizens merely have to swear an oath that they have XYZ income but what about German nationals ?

Specifically I am thinking about retirement visas and visas for taking care of a child. Anyone got any idea there.

Thanks.YOu should have no problem , the german pensions provider gives you a statement of your yearly income, which they renew every april or whenever there is a change in your pension status, usually the initial thai verification is sufficient. Nignoy
