We recently moved and the owner of the apartment was very clear he wants nothing to do with TM30 reporting. He didn't want us to report either but he's kind of a d%$k so we intend to anyway. fondue zoo Posted September 9, 2020 Share Posted September 9, 2020 So to be clear, the tenant/possessor has to register a new TM30 form for the new address? I was reading about TM27 so need to check.
