Returning to Thailand from the UK, advice needed Non O

Featured Replies

Hi Guy's

Just getting all my papers together to return to see my family, I have just received my Non O visa, can only apply for a single entry from RTE in London, can I extend this once in Thailand and if so what is needed?

Thanks

Ace

Is your 90 days Non-immigrant O based on marriage or having a kid?

If so, you can after 60 days apply for a 1 year extension based on same reason at your local immigration office. You need 400k in a Thai bank account 2 months prior to the application.

You can extend the 90 day entry from a non-o visa for 60 days visit you wife or Thai child or for one year at immigration.

For the one year extension you need 400k baht in a Thai bank in your name only for 2 months on the day you apply or proof of 40k baht income. Here is my general list of the document and etc that is required. Marriage Extension Requirements 2.pdf
