much appreciated for your reply,

i must first apply for non-o visa before i can apply for coe cert,

u fortunately being in ireland with royal thai consulate closed, must go through the london embassy

You can do it online, email and by mail. You will not have to do it in person in London.

You will have to fly from Ireland to another country to connect with your flight to here.

Documents in Thai do not need to be translated.

Are the embassy in London issuing visas at the moment and if they are I guess they are only of use to people applying for entry with ASQ ? I was looking yesterday at a non o single entry to then apply for year visa based on marriage to a Thai when I am in the country . But I think it said the visa was only good to use for three months to enter Thailand from issue date so wasn’t any point in me applying at this time as I won’t do ASQ .
