I'm on a retirement "visa" If you're on an 1 year extension based on retirement from an initial O-A Visa, then you need a health insurance + a $100,000 covid-19 insurance unless the health insurance covers covid-19, when applying for the CoE. If you're on an extension based on retirement from an initial Non-O Visa, you can't apply for the CoE. To visit family or friends in Thailand, voluntary job, retirement, medical treatment, to attend judicial process, to work as diplomat's housekeeper Are you perhaps meaning an Extension based on Marriage, which is not a visa?
