Hi folks,

I currently have a Non-B-visa (+work permit) and my wife and daughter both hold Non-O, following my visa. I may need to cancel my B-visa for taking a new job which is outside Thailand. I understand, that will automatically cancel my wife and daughter’s visa too.

 

Now, as my daughter goes to an International School (primary school, grade 03) here, is it possible to convert her visa to ED and then for both of us to Non-O as following to her visa.

The reason for you daughters extension (itis not visa) could be changed to one based upon attending school.

Only one parent of a child can apply for a extension based upon their child attending school. To apply for the extension requires 500k baht in a Thai bank for 30 days for the first extension and then 90 days after that for the next one.
