The sim card doesn't support the new frequencies, please visit a Dtac store to have the sim exchanged for a new one.

 

If you got this message without doing anything it is probably related to 5G, so unless you have a 5G phone there is no need to exchange it yet.

This SIM doesn't support the new spectrum (5G?). Please take your old SIM along with your ID card to exchange it for a new SIM retaining your old tel number to your neatest DTAC store for improved performance. Exchange it before the end of the month to receive 10GB free data for 7 days.
