Metal Stud Fastening Repair for Motorcycle Jacket

Good afternoon, Folks.

 

This is one of those lame, uninteresting posts, and a high-class problem, but hey, there's no harm in asking ????

 

The top metal snap-rivet fastener on my motorcycle jacket has come away on one side. I can't see how it could be reattached as it doesn't look like a simple sewing job as with a button. Anyway, please let me know if you can point me to someone who can repair awkward jobs like this.
