How Do You Scrutinize A Thai Company?

How would I obtain information on a company building a new condo project and selling off plan.

They dont have a proven track record like View Talay for example. So how would I find out how much capital, what debts and how long they have been in business.

Wouldn't want them to go bust half way through.

Any advice.

Hire a company Like Indio Siam or Sunbelt. I am sure company registration and

tax documents would be reviewed and unless you know the laws of the land most likely would be useless for you to take on such task. Keep your money in your own pocket and better if it is kept back home and invested wisely. If you did not get rich before getting to Thailand I would highly say you will not do it in Thailand.

If these projects were so good they woud get money from a bank as interest rates are low now days.
