im here some months now like many others. i have a pilipina fiancee in manila,we have money i can show the thai embassy there,a place to stay here .we can get insurance easily but theres many obstacles.she can test  and shes covid free as of now.people are coming in thru europe which has very high nos.its frustrating.how to overcome these problems?id like any ideas and suggestions from people who have experienced similar things.has anyone negotiated these barriers simply and quickly.id appreciate their response.

She could apply for a single entry tourist visa at the Thai embassy in Manila.

Then a certificate of entry to board a flight to here. She would need a negative covid 19 test within 72 hours before departure and a fit to fly certificate.  She would have to into a 14 day quarantine at a ASQ hotel when she arrives.

There is very little info on the embassy website and what is there is out of date.

See: https://www.thaiembassymnl.ph/index.php/en/

This site for a certificate of entry has some info. https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/  (just checked for the Philippines and it appears not to of been update or the embassy is not using the site since it only shows entries for diplomats)
