This is not related to Thailand : But I was in this same Profession and I know what its like now :

I want to offer my Condolences to this officers family: Its a hard profession now , and like any of the Emergency Services every day calculated risks are taken to protect peoples lives and property.

It brings a lump to my throat when I read that colleagues have lost there lives.

Yeah Mac, it's sad.

Also sad that this thread will get closed cos we are not permitted to discusss anything that is non-Thailand related.

Can't see why there isn't another section in TV for other subjects that are non-Thai related where members can discuss other issues.
