webfact Posted December 28, 2020 Share Posted December 28, 2020 Seven test positive in Nakhon Ratchasima, Covid cases found in 43 provinces By THE NATION Nakhon Ratchasima authorities announced on Monday that seven people have tested positive for Covid-19, though none of them are in severe condition. The newest case was a 55-year-old seafood delivery person, who tested positive in Muang district. Between December 10 and 25 he had visited markets in Samut Sakhon and Chachoengsao to pick up seafood for deliveries in Nakhon Ratchasima. In between, he also visited his hometown in Trat twice, once from December 11 to 14 and then again from December 22 to 23. He was checked as part of a hunt for active cases on Saturday, and he tested positive on Sunday. He is currently in hospital In Nakhon Ratchasima’s 34 districts, Covid-19 cases have been confirmed in Muang, Sikhiu, Phimai and Bua Yai districts. As of Monday, Covid-19 cases were found in 43 provinces in the new wave of infections. The provinces are Samut Sakhon, Bangkok, Rayong, Chonburi, Samut Prakan, Prachinburi, Kamphaeng Phet, Nonthaburi, Phetchaburi, Nakhon Sawan, Samut Songkhram, Ang Thong, Saraburi, Uttaradit, Krabi, Phetchabun, Chachoengsao, Nakhon Pathom, Loei, Udon Thani, Ratchaburi, Ubon Ratchathani, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Chaiyaphum, Surat Thani, Suphanburi, Trang, Tak, Satun, Chai Nat, Sukhothai, Nakhon Ratchasima, Surin, Phichit, Narathiwat, Ayutthaya, Nakhon Nayok, Khon Kaen, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Songkhla and Lopburi.
