I'm here on a non-o marrage exstension. I'm planning to move back to the US with no re-entry permit. 

Do I have to inform immagrtion Changwatana that I'm leaving Thailand?

Just leave without reentry permit. Extension will be canceled automatically.

No, it´s just to leave. When you wish to come back you can enter one visa exempt, or apply for new visa, depending on how long time you wish to stay.
