I just want to be clear, I should apply for the visa first, before I apply for the COE, correct. I plan on arriving early to mid March. Do I need to show booking for ASQ hotel and Insurance for visa or just flight to Bangkok? I did a test run on the COE site and it asks me to upload my passport (I expected that), then it asks to upload my covid insurance. It looks like I need to buy first. This thread has a lot of information of the changes and present day situations. Right now, if entering under visa exempt, apply for COE. If entering under Visa and COE, apply for Visa first. You can do both at at same time and the upload your visa when you get it. Best to have the ASQ hotel flight reservations done when you do it.
