It was his fault and his insurance will cover the repair. Since the whole right side panel got mongled it might take some time to repair. Also my rear wheel got Scratched too! I want them to replace my booties. It's an 12 yr old car, will it take time to get the same model wheel u think... ? Well while my bang up car is on repair, I haven't got my ride to cruise around. Don't ask don't get. When my Vigo was damaged by me, my fault and I was not cover for car hire in case of accident. When it's not your fault maybe you will be able to hire a car.
