Sorry to trouble you with a simple question.

 

My marriage extension expires on the 17th of March.  What is the earliest I can apply for the next one?

You can apply up to 30 days early or 45 days at some offices.

This is one of those that can and does vary by Office. I would suggest you call in to your local Immigration Office and get it from the horses mouth. Its them you have to deal with and what someones says about an office in another part of the country will have little value.

 

While you are there, get a list of exactly what they expect in your application, as that can vary too in my experience.

Thank you vey much guys.  That answers my question and gives me some preparation time.  I plan on going to my IO [which is VERY small and friendly] on 1st March to go through my papers and give me time to make any adjustments.
