Which model? Current MSRP? Term? Your monthly payment budget including interest? Can you afford a down payment? If so, how much? Can you afford a post-paid monthly service contract? What is your budget for that? AMEX might have some monthly promotions. Service providers (AIS, DTAC TrueMove H) are probably the only option. Most offer at least 10 months interest free, but no clue if they take AMEX, which often has a steeper mechant fee.
