Very weak here in Phayao. I didn't feel anything but a colleague sitting across the table from me felt one small jolt followed by a little shaking.

Felt it strongly on 4th floor of my building at Rincome Junction. Caused the power lines to swing and a minor storm in the neighbour's swimming pool.

Darn.... I was doing yoga and thought I had a break thru and was emitting large waves of healing energy. Seriously !!! I live on the 14th floor of Hillside 4 and didn't know it was an earthquake but did feel dizzy and disoriented.

5.9 on the richter scale, centered in Laos, details here:

THis is a bit strange, when i take the location from the http://www.tmd.go.th/en/earthquake_report.php site then it places it inside Thailand in Chiang Rai, here: http://www.gorissen.info/Pierre/maps/googl...p;setLatLon=Set

But other sources have it well inside Laos.

Incredible how far away the center is and how much I felt it. I think this is the first quake I felt with a side-to-side motion instead of up-down. :o If you know what I mean. :D
