I want to apply for my first retirement extension... Can you confirm that I need to wait 60 days before to apply ? So in my case, I can not apply before april 6 ? thanks. ubonjoe Posted March 19, 2021 Share Posted March 19, 2021 You can apply for the extension of stay during the last 30 days of the 90 day entry your non-o visa allowed. If you entered on February 6th your 90 days end on May 6th. The 800k baht will need to be in the bank for 2 months on the day you apply if using that option.
