orang37
So, I want to visit the excellent small museum next to Wat Haripunchai, and the magnificent Wat ... that is inter-jungwat/provincial travel .. What's liable to happen in terms of checkpoints, quarantine, etc. By taxi, or, by songthaew, might make a difference ?
canthai55
No restrictions on inter provincial travel announced yet. But this may happen at any time, so you must make your own mind up to accept the risk or not. Weigh whether a trip to Lamphun is worth 14 day quarantine once you return to CNX. Thailand News has reported - means nothing I know - that today the extent of - and any additional - restrictions that will be in place will be announced.

canthai55
I coined a term - Cov-Idiots - applicable world wide - to those who advocate hiding under their bed with the covers pulled over their heads in order to stay "Safe" 99% of the things people worry about never happen - even less for some And Covid in Thailand kills 0.25% of the people who catch it https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19 Altho world wide these numbers are not to be believed. Covid is listed as the cause of death when the pre-existing and underlying conditions present at time of infection are the real reasons 2 1
