Also i don't have my air ticket to leave Thailand yet because i dont know when that will be, is that going to be a problem at the boarder? thank you

OK, firstly are you aware that you can extend your current 60 day Tourist Visa stamp by 30 days simply by visiting immigration in Bangkok, costs 1900 Baht :o

To activate your next 60 days you need to do a border run. There are several companies providing this service from Bangkok, best known is Jack Golf, but there are several others, I always used Quickthaivisarun but I'm not sure if they're still operating. Cost is about 2000 Baht and a full day of your time.

Since you have a visa there is no requirement for an onward ticket :D You may, however, be asked to show 10,000 Baht as means to support yourself (not sure if credit cards etc work, I always have 10k in my pocket, not that I've ever been asked).

Extend you 60 day tourist visa for 30 days!

After that go to Penang, KL, or Vientiane for another 60 days tourists visa.

You're allowed three 30 day entry stamps every 180 days. But these days having multiple 30 day stamps just raises the level of arbitrariness Thai consulates/embassies might choose to exercise.

To my knowledge no one is being denied 60 day tourist visas in KL, Penang, or Vientiane.

I haven't heard yet whether or not people are getting 60 day tourist visas out of Phenom Phen.
