Duke007
I recently had a dental surgery procedure and was only given acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Can I find a stronger pain med such as codeine, oxycodone, meperidine? Pharmacy and local hospital(small town) only offer Tramadol( not effective) and ibuprofen. Popular Post Sheryl
Opiods can only be prescribed by a hospital pharmacy after prescription by a doctor at that hospital. At a pharmacy tramadol is indeed the strongest thing available. Beyond the first 24-48 hours (usually just first 24) , you should not need an opioid after dental surgery. If you do, something is wrong and rather than trying to get something to mask the symptoms, you should go back to the dentist

clivebaxter
Tramadol is the strongest over the counter, if you can find it. If not Ultracet which is 37.5 gram Tramadol and 325 paracetamol. So you can safely take 3. 160 baht for 10 at my pharmacy
