I've Been Offered Non Immigrant B Visa

ive been offered a job teaching english at a school in thailand

and they have offered me a non-immigrant-B visa.

if i stop working can i go back

to being a tourist who goes to penang every 3 months

without leaving thailand for more than 2 or 3 days at a time?

i would much appreciate any advice anyone may have to offer.

Believe they mean they will provide the paperwork for you to obtain a non immigrant B visa rather than provide for you. As for tourist visas they are available in Penang and other consulates and having had a non immigrant B visa will not disqualify you from obtaining them (if that is what you are asking). It normally takes two days to obtain a tourist visa.
