Is Thailand doing Quantitative Easing like the US and just printing money to fund things during the pandemic crisis?

I can't find much info and would love links, if any.

I found an article in the Bangkok Post that essentially said;

With the strength of Thailand's international reserve they could print money but the costs may be a currency run or hyper inflation.

from "New surge, a blow to weak economy" article, Bangkok Post

But hyper inflation and bank runs are the definition of a failed currency and failed economy, so not acceptable.

Anyway, from this it seems there's no "money printing" or currency creation to fund the economy of Thailand.

That would all depend on how much they print wouldn't it?

If it's done in a controlled and measured way then the effects would be limited and perhaps even desirable.

Yes. I can't find out if Thailand is creating currency or not, and if so - how much.
