Have the rules changed about meetings?

 

There are about 6 or 8 of us who meet every week in the morning to chat about computers and life in general.

We used to meet at a mate's house, but after some farangs got arrested a couple of months ago for doing just that, we started meeting at a coffee shop.

 

So can farangs now meet at a farang's house and not get arrested?

I think the rules changed recently but can't find it on the forums.

 

I don't know the latest, but a few weeks ago when they relaxed the rules a bit and allowed drinking alcohol in restaurants etc. the news commentatores said they didn't mentioned anything specific about friends home visit....!

Then again there was a notice of some gatherings of up to like 20 or so are allowed (not sure exact number)  and for more need permission from authorities ...., so would this include inside home gatherings...!?  who knows....,  with Covid situation they make it up as they go really....

 

With this Delta variant so contagious maybe its a wise idea to postpone your gatherings until further notice.

Why take a chance?

 

Those people are maybe carrying the virus.  Can't you wait?

 

Hopefully your group is all single guys so you don't accidentally spread to your family.

Pretty sure the OP's talking about his friends that live here, not tourists.

There still mixing with people outside of there meetings.

 

It just takes one contact with another person.  Be it at 7/11, Big C, or a cousin to get the highly contagious and deadly Delta virus.

 

The tourists coming in are probably safer.  They've been vaccinated and tested.

 

I know were strictly limiting guests at this time.  What you due is really up to you.
