Which is the best bank to approach for obtaining a loan to purchase a condominium?

Has the bank interest rates (for loans) dropped due to the pandemic?

(Above is for a Thai National working for the Government)

There was a table I've seen recently, but it was about 2.5% per year for first 3 years. After that it was rising, but most Thais go and refinance after first 3 years are up.... Lowest were Government Housing / Savings bank, and KTB.

SCB is now at 4.745%.

Yes. This is exactly the case. We are now trying to change over, at the end of 3 years.
