What brand or manufacturer of vitamins and herbal medicine is good?

Looking for some vitamins and herbs in capsule or pill form on lazada and shoppe but there are so many and I do not know what brands or manufacturers are good.

Any help will be great!

*looked on iherb but they do not have some of the things I am looking for like Fa Ta La Jon (ฟ้าทะลายโจร) and Gra Cha Khaw (กระชายขาว)

looking to boast somethings and it seems like the best way to do it is by taking some extra vitamins  and herbs.

I would suggest vitD3 in case your D3 level is low and for immune system in your case and if you can check your D3 level. This country has lot of sun probably your level is normal but my level is lower than normal range even if I'm in the sun however I'm not a farmer. I take natural D3 for years and it is in normal range without liver or renal problem.

Another one I would suggest is liposomal vitC because it is comparable to iv form.

I too used to eat a lot of fruit in season, however it made my blood sugar rocket up.  Everything in moderation is the lesson.

If you really need it I would suggest brand from Chao Phraya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital, it's alternative medicine there.

One noticeable from patients that have it show elevated liver function, the cause is unknown, the history of them took Fa Tha Lai Jon and favipiravir

(previous poster was faster)

Are you looking for it because government recommended it for Covid treatment (mild symptoms)?

It's not difficult to google sources in Thailand.

But I have no idea whether they can be recommended.

กระชายขาว

Another Covid 19 recommended root.

This is even discussed on some BigC blog:

Maybe the affiliated pharmacies have it.

The two that you specifically mention are surely much discussed and I recommend just looking around at the pharmacies/drugstores.

Absolutely....100%......whole thing is an out and out con........any half decent diet will provide everything you need unless you have a very specific disorder.

The healthy diet may strengthen your immune system but does not cure Covid.

Correct 100 %!

These supplements are just a marketing ploy.

Unless you have some deficiency....by eating an horrendous diet causing malnutrition.....which is not likely in our diets these days

In fact, many vitamins and minerals have a very harmful affect in health.

Looks at most scientific studies looking at a sample of people taking supplements and all show there are no advantages to taking these pills.
