Looking for some vitamins and herbs in capsule or pill form on lazada and shoppe but there are so many and I do not know what brands or manufacturers are good. This country has lot of sun probably your level is normal but my level is lower than normal range even if I'm in the sun however I'm not a farmer. These supplements are just a marketing ploy. Unless you have some deficiency....by eating an horrendous diet causing malnutrition.....which is not likely in our diets these days In fact, many vitamins and minerals have a very harmful affect in health.
