Dog teeth cleaning advice

Can anybody recommend a good pet products supplier in Thailand? The powder product I am after is called "Proden plaque off". Shopee and lazada are sold out. I can't seem to find it anywhere else besides Amazon which would include shipping costs and a delay due to covid.

My dogs teeth have a plaque build up, and the vet recommended to have them surgically cleaned, but I want to avoid the risks with anaesthesia. 

After searching online it seems that putting a powder product into the dogs food will help, as well as brushing regularly.

Further, any other recommendations how to clean the plaque build up from my dogs teeth?

Try Ascophyllum Nodosum. 

This is a species of kelp, a brown algae seaweed.

the bone sounds like a good idea.   just checked my girlfriends teeth ;  No plaque !
