As we will probably buy a house, is it usefull for my wife to declare her new swiss nationality or it may do some problem to buy land & house under her name? Thank you in advance. lopburi3 Posted June 24, 2004 Share Posted June 24, 2004 The new policy is that wife will have to say the money belongs to her (so the home will not be joint marriage property) and you may be asked to sign that you understand land can not be inherited by you.
