Im about to buy 300 talag-wa but its already been split to be 4 x 75TW chanotes. I plan to build one house on it - are there any foreseeable problem with it being 4 chanotes? Eg 4 x land tax?

I would get it re-combined back into one chanote. Then there can be no issues.

    Not really any issue with 4 chanotes, personally i would combine it as i like things to be clean and tidy, but not an issue with it being 4.
