Wouldn't it be poetic for all of his possessions to be confiscated with 40% going to the arresting officer? All his cars, houses, money, including those he purchased for his mother and any other family.

Why should the arresting officer financially gain from the arrest ?

I read in another article that he claims his wealth comes from a 40% commission on all confiscations, thats why it would be poetic justice for him. The whole idea of a police officer having financial interest in a bust other than salary is repugnant.
