Hi! Does anyone have reliable info on Maehongson Covid rules. Friends are wanting to return to their home there. They’d be coming via the Phuket sandbox and then to MHS by car, stopping off briefly in Prachuab Khirikhan province (a dark red zone)
 

Can non-Thais enter the province now?
If so, are there pre-registration and quarantine requirements for those arriving from a dark red province?

 

We all know rules are not always enforced, but they need to know the official requirements
