Featured Replies

Hello everybody

First i was studying in a university in Thailand then I didn’t pass and i get fall in 4 subjects and the university told me that i need to cancel the visa at the embassy and make another visa to start study again with new visa

and then the second i did the extension for 1 year and i also fall and the extension is still valid

and i stay with the extension until it’s expired and i went back to my country without cancel the extension ( I didn’t overystay )

and went out via airport

my question is i can apply for tourist visa and back to Thailand or the embassy will reject it ?

Your extension ended on the day you left the country.

No problem to apply for a tourist visa.

Yes

Embassies don't care about extension done by immigration since they have nothing to do with them.
