Resort town Da Lat installs its first traffic light

Vietnam's famous hill resort town of Da Lat in the Central Highlands has installed its first ever traffic light to cope with increased traffic flows.

The traffic light was installed Tuesday at the junction of Hoang Van Thu, Tran Phu and Ba Thang Hai streets.

In keeping with its reputation as the Town of Flowers, the frame around the red, amber and green lights has a floral shape.
