swissie
While living in Thailand, I enjoyed country living very much. But once a month I found myself in Pattaya. When living back in Europe, I visited Thailand/Pattaya at least 3 times a year. Pre COVID, that is. There was a time I felt that frequent visits to Thailand/Pattaya is a life-essential. But now, where my Testosterone-Level is dropping like a stone, I realise that next to the many attractions Thailand has to offer, I came mainly for the "ladies". Shame on me? Not really. "But the fire down below" is mainly gone. Still, I was thinking of some "farewell-tour" in Pattaya, now that the "opening" of Thailand is in progress. Popping Cialis-Pills like candy and wondering "how come Pattaya is not the same anymore" all day/night long? Maybe better not. Can't turn back the clock. PS: Still try to figure out what's Golden about the "Golden Years". Perhaps I should have taken up playing golf. Under these circumstances, I find visitig Thailand/Pattaya no more as a "life-essential" as I did before. Unfortunately. Or fortunately?

Popular Post bbko
Reminds me of a conversation I once had with an septuagenarian farang while I was sitting on Beach Road, I was there just watching the world go by and he pulled up next to me after his jog. He was saying the same type stuff in the OP, no lead in his pencil, popping ED pills, boiled noodle, etc. but then he told me how he rekindled his fire down below...exercising. He was hyping his miracle cure like a motivational speaker. All I remember is him saying "Exercising increases testosterone, you MUST exercise!" I had just gotten out of the military and was still in good shape so I wasn't sure why he kept telling me to exercise, but it was a slow afternoon so I listened to his story. So I will pass on his words to the OP "Exercising increases testosterone, you must exercise!" Edited November 4, 2021 by bbko 2

Grecian
Those ED pills might get you hard but it doesn't increase desire or production of the baby batter. Why bother!
RichardColeman
I guess give up when the tent pole doesn't hold the tent up in the morning anymore.
OneMoreFarang
Is it really a problem if we are not as horny anymore? Personally I remember those days from a long time ago horny every day and almost any hour of that day. And then looking for something exiting for the night (or an hour or two). Often that included a visit to Thermae and if nothing suitable was there then a visit o to Grace hotel. Luckily I don't remember many of the women from those days but I am sure with hindsight I think now: How could I ever f$&# them? Now I still go out and I still enjoy to look at or play with pretty girls. But not all the time and it's no problem if there is nothing exiting. I think getting older and less horny makes life easier - and less expensive. If something excites me, fine, lets have fun. And if not then not, no problem. And then looking at reality how many hours which we spend with the girls are f#^&ing? For many, including me, most of the night is buying them drinks, talking, watching, fooling around. So even with reduced hormones it's still possible to go out and have some fun - even without the happy ending every night. 1

It's good to do in general, but weight training can be beneficial to sexual desire and performance. Not just for testosterone, but for lower body blood flow (wink wink). Also I hear people talk about taking testosterone supplements. I think both cardio and weight training exercise has many benefits for people getting on in their years. It's meant to be good for the brain as well. I heard something about weight training and less chance of dementia. If you're retired, why not make a gym session part of your daily routine? Live a longer and happier life.
