I see no reason why she cannot travel on a one way ticket (maybe have a cheap exit flight confirmation to hand). Does anyone know differently? It can be one way flight to anywhere or a temporary onward flight (search for onward flight). Immigration and airlines will not ask for a ticket out of the country.
